When the community now known
as Trilogy at Rio Vista was
in it's infancy in 1996, Diane Shafer managed the Design
Center for the builder, then Blackhawk Venture Group. When
Shea Homes assumed ownership of the growing community in 1999,
Diane continued on as the Director of Shea Homes Trilogy Design
Department,
helping new residents with her expert knowledge of their
home design options. By late 2003, after eight years with the
builder, perhaps no one knew the homes or the
residents
of Trilogy better than Diane. Recognizing the growing need of
her many former customers for a trustworthy realtor to assist
them in reselling their homes, Diane joined Wood Real Estate
of Rio Vista in late 2003 and began assisting Cheryl Wood (a
former
Shea sales associate) in representing the Trilogy community's
varied real estate needs. Now Diane is carrying on her commitment
to the
community with Shafer Real Estate,
the leading and most authoratative specialists of Trilogy Homes
in Northern California.
