When the 1996 ground breaking of the new active adult retirement community now known as Trilogy (formerly named Summerset) occurred, Cheryl Wood, a long time Rio Vista resident, and already an experienced local realtor, signed on as a sales representative for the builder. Owner/Broker Cheryl Wood, a native Californian, has lived in the Delta community of Rio Vista since 1989. She began her Real Estate career in 1988 in the Bay Area. After only two years working as a sales associate, she passed the brokers exam to obtain her California Broker License.
In 1996 she began selling new homes in Trilogy Rio Vista, (formerly named Summerset Rio Vista) at the ground breaking of the new community.
After working for the builder for 5 years, the need for an experienced resale brokerage became more and more apparent and the first Trilogy resale brokerage was born.
In February, 2001 she began dedicating her Trilogy knowledge and expertise to specialize in Trilogy resale homes to better serve the residents of Trilogy with their real estate needs. She has an unsurpassed knowledge of building options, construction, and floor plans at Trilogy, and intimately understands the community and needs.
Her many years of local experience have also given her extensive knowledge of properties and real estate in the city of Rio Vista and the Delta at large. Few realtors in the area know Trilogy homes or the Rio Vista community better than Cheryl.

Chris Boothe has been living and working in the Rio Vista/Delta area for over 45 years. For the last decade she has been helping buyers and sellers in the community with their real estate needs. Al Morton had a very successful military career retiring from the US Navy in September 1994 after serving on submarines for over 20 years. He immediately relocated to the Bay Area and has been here ever since.
For the next 20 years, he has worked in the Telecommunications industry with a focus on cable television, internet, and phone service. He worked for TCI, AT&T Broadband, Comcast, and numerous contracting companies as an Installation Technician, Technical Trainer, Director of Operations, and VP of Operations. In all roles, his focus was to provide excellent customer service. Al and his wife moved to Trilogy in December 2013 and truly believe it was the best move they ever made!
Al joined Wood Real Estate as a Realtor Associate in October 2014, and to further his knowledge and service to his clients obtained a Real Estate Broker's License in January 2017.
Al enjoys golf, gardening, driving around the Delta with his wife checking out all of the things to do here in the area, and travel – especially to Greece!
