When the 1996 ground breaking of the new active adult retirement community now known as Trilogy (formerly named Summerset) occurred, Cheryl Wood, a long time Rio Vista resident, and already an experienced local realtor, signed on as a sales representative for the builder. From the very beginning, and through the community's early years she helped dozens of Trilogy newcomers find their perfect homes, and in doing so, came to intimately know its residents, the various home models and their construction, and the ever changing needs of the growing community.
