We’ve been specializing in Trilogy homes since the community’s groundbreaking in 1996. In our 23 years of dedicated Trilogy at Rio Vista service, we’ve been involved in over 800 Trilogy home sales and purchases.
We were the first dedicated resale brokerage to serve the community, specializing in resale homes since 2001. We’re intimately familiar with all models and floor plans of both new and resale homes, community infrastructure, HOA regulations and more.
